(Are there people nearby, are things moving toward you.) Has a pixel display that sends out messages if someone is near. Like "I am engaged in a very important conversation right now" and "please call back in virtual reality" also "Out for a walk."

A hood with a lighting system inside of it. It can be worn up to provide illumination for whatever you are facing, or worn down to turn off. It can also be split in half via a zipper and draped flat to the front and to the back. Providing visibility.
